By using our services, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, your use of our services, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), or another mutually agreed arbitration provider.

Arbitration shall take place in Salt Lake County, Utah, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement, including any claim that all or part of this agreement is void or voidable.

You and LUX Dental Lab, LLC. waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action or class arbitration.

This arbitration agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
